Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until garlic is golden.
  4. Toss in the drained spaghetti, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a sauce.
  5. Season with salt, mix well, and remove from heat.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit turkey bacon.
