Pistachio Tiramisu is a luxurious dessert combining the rich flavors of pistachios with the classic creamy layers of tiramisu.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pistachio nuts, shelled
  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies

Instructions

  1. In a blender, process the pistachio nuts until finely ground.
  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Dip ladyfingers in coffee and layer them in a dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers and top with remaining mascarpone mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use freshly ground pistachios.
  • Chill tiramisu overnight for best results.
