Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang

Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and gochujang. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Add carrots and broccoli, cooking until tender.
  6. Serve over rice and garnish with chopped green onion.

Notes
