- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Beat the egg in another bowl.
- Dip zucchini slices into flour, then egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
