  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 3 cups vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken thighs in soy sauce, sugar, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Coat marinated chicken in cornstarch and shake off excess.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
