  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. In the same pot, add Italian sausage and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in potatoes, corn, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Add heavy cream and paprika, stirring to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve topped with crumbled turkey bacon.
