  • 1 cup chopped bok choy
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and soy sauce, bringing to a simmer.
  4. Add the gyoza and cook for 5-7 minutes until they are heated through.
