Instructions

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the vanilla and mix until combined.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  6. Fold in the chopped nuts.
  7. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  9. Let cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar.
