  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
  3. Add in the softened butter and mix until combined.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and add vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
