A delicious and easy-to-make meal that brings the flavor of teriyaki chicken right to your table with minimal effort.

  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, honey, and minced garlic.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, remove chicken and shred it.
  6. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
  7. Add the slurry to the crock pot and stir to thicken the sauce.
  8. Return shredded chicken to the pot and mix well.
  9. Serve hot and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
