A refreshing and creamy shrimp dip with turkey bacon and a hint of lemon zest.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, cooked and chopped
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add in the chopped shrimp, crumbled turkey bacon, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Fold in the green onions and mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
  5. Serve chilled with crackers or vegetables.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add more cayenne pepper to taste.
  • Feel free to substitute with regular bacon if desired.
