Instructions
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
In a separate small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat and pour batter to form pancakes.
Once bubbles form, sprinkle the cinnamon filling on top.
Flip pancakes and cook until golden brown.
