Deliciously sweet and crispy, Cinnamon Fried Bananas make for the perfect indulgent snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas into rounds.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Coat the banana slices in the flour mixture.
  5. Fry the bananas until golden brown on each side.
  6. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
