  • 2 cups diced chicken
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup flour

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crisp. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add chicken, carrots, celery, and cook until the chicken is browned.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in cream, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
  6. Add frozen peas and cooked bacon. Simmer for a few minutes.
