Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the eggplants and sprinkle with salt. Let them sit for 30 minutes, then pat dry.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
