  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 cup diced green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. Add the chicken broth, shredded chicken, white beans, green chilies, corn, and spices.
  3. Simmer for about 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
