  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder until well mixed.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add the meatballs, cooking until browned on all sides.
  4. Remove meatballs and set aside. In the same skillet, add flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually whisk in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and return meatballs to the skillet.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes until meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  7. Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles.
