- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
