- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
