- 1 pound flank steak
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup queso cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and season the steak with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
