- 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 4 sheets nori seaweed
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce to create a spicy mayo.
- Layer cooked sushi rice in a small mold or bowl.
- Add a layer of shrimp topped with spicy mayo and cucumber.
- Add slices of avocado and another layer of rice.
- Press down and carefully remove from the mold.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with soy sauce.
Notes
