2 pounds potatoes
4 slices turkey bacon
1 cup diced chicken ham
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Boil the potatoes until tender, then let them cool.
While the potatoes cool, cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop it into bits.
Once the potatoes are cool, peel and dice them into cubes.
In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, mayonnaise, mustard, green onions, celery, black pepper, salt, and apple cider vinegar.
Toss everything together until well mixed.
Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to let the flavors meld.
Notes
For a creamier salad, add more mayonnaise to taste.
