  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
  3. Add green beans, Cajun seasoning, and chicken broth. Stir well.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until green beans are tender.
