A delicious and easy slow cooker recipe that combines tender steak, creamy cheddar cheese, and hearty potatoes.

  • 2 pounds beef steak
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Slice the steak into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Peel and cube the potatoes.
  3. In the slow cooker, combine the steak, potatoes, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and beef broth.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the steak and potatoes are tender.
