- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 hamburger buns
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble.
- Add ground turkey, onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the slow cooker.
- Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and chili powder.
- Mix well and cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
