  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, corn starch, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir in the sauce.
