A delightful and easy recipe for making honey garlic meatballs in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  2. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  4. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, serve warm with additional sauce on top.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sesame seeds on top before serving.
