- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a slow cooker, layer the turkey bacon and chicken ham at the bottom.
- Add the diced potatoes and onions on top.
- Pour in the corn and black beans, followed by the spices.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
