  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, layer the turkey bacon and chicken ham at the bottom.
  2. Add the diced potatoes and onions on top.
  3. Pour in the corn and black beans, followed by the spices.
  4. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
