- 8 ounces linguine
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
- Stir in the chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer.
- Mix in the cooked linguine and half of the Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
