A delicious and easy shrimp scampi pasta bake that the whole family will love.

  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the linguine according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
  5. Stir in the chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer.
  6. Mix in the cooked linguine and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use half and half instead of heavy cream.
