Instructions

  1. Cream the softened butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.
  2. Gradually add in the flour and salt, mixing until combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
  4. Shape the dough into a log, wrap in plastic, and chill for at least an hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
