A delicious and creamy scalloped potato dish featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 3 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
  4. Layer half of the shredded cheese on top.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, bacon, chicken ham, and cheese.
  6. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Pour the cream mixture over the layered potatoes.
  8. Bake for 45-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add additional cheese on top before baking.
  • Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving for better slicing.
