- 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 3 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
- Sprinkle half of the turkey bacon and chicken ham over the potatoes.
- Layer half of the shredded cheese on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, bacon, chicken ham, and cheese.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the cream mixture over the layered potatoes.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
