These scalloped potatoes are a delicious, indulgent dish featuring the savory flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly and layer them in a baking dish.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and stir in the cheese until melted.
  4. Mix the diced chicken ham with the salt and pepper, and sprinkle over the potatoes.
  5. Pour the cheese mixture over the potatoes and top with chopped turkey bacon.
  6. Dollop butter on top of the dish.
  7. Bake for 1 hour until golden brown and bubbly.
