A comforting and easy weeknight meal featuring rotisserie chicken and broccoli tossed with pasta.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli and a splash of water, then cover and steam for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken, cooked pasta, and parmesan cheese. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve warm.
