2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 pound broccoli florets
8 ounces pasta of choice
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add broccoli florets and sauté until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and cooked pasta.
Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
