1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pound crab meat
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups fish stock
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste

Instructions
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Stir in the paprika and cook for another minute.
Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
Add the fish stock and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and add the shrimp and crab meat. Cook until the shrimp turns pink.
