  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent.
  3. Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add rice and stir for a couple of minutes.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth, salt, pepper, and paprika. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 18-20 minutes or until rice is tender.
  7. Fluff rice with a fork, then stir in chopped turkey bacon before serving.
