Delicious Raspberry Almond Thumbprint Cookies that are easy to make and irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.
  3. Mix in almond extract.
  4. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until combined.
  5. Form dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Make an indentation in the center of each ball.
  7. Fill the indentation with raspberry jam.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • Feel free to replace raspberry jam with other fruit jams.
