- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup raspberry jam
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
