  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger, sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  4. Add garam masala and chili powder, cooking for another minute.
  5. Pour in the tomato puree and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream, adjust salt, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with cilantro before serving.
