½ cup baking soda
1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast; let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
Add flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes.
