  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets.
  7. Create a small well in the center of each cookie and fill with caramel sauce.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
  9. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
