Delicious scalloped potatoes recipe featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for family gatherings.

  • 4 cups sliced potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, then half of the turkey bacon, and half of the chicken ham.
  3. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the layers.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  5. In a bowl, mix the milk, cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, then pour over the layers in the baking dish.
  6. Bake uncovered for about 1 hour, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can include chopped onions or bell peppers in the layers.
  • You can also top with additional cheese during the last few minutes of baking for a cheesy crust.
