- 4 cups sliced potatoes
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, then half of the turkey bacon, and half of the chicken ham.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese over the layers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- In a bowl, mix the milk, cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, then pour over the layers in the baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for about 1 hour, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include chopped onions or bell peppers in the layers.
- You can also top with additional cheese during the last few minutes of baking for a cheesy crust.
