  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
