- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 2 cups macaroni
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent.
- Add the chicken ham and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, macaroni, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and cook until the macaroni is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
- Stir back in the crispy turkey bacon before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Feel free to substitute ground turkey for the chicken ham for a different flavor.
