  • 1 loaf brioche bread
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the brioche bread into cubes and place half in a greased baking dish.
  3. Spoon Nutella over the bread cubes, then add the remaining bread cubes on top.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Pour over the bread.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and powdered sugar.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
