  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package gingerbread cookies
  • 1/4 cup molasses

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg, mixing well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Crush gingerbread cookies and layer them at the bottom of serving cups.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crushed cookies.
  7. Drizzle molasses on top and add more crushed cookies as a garnish.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
