A delicious and creamy cheesecake infused with fresh strawberries, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
  5. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust. Swirl in pureed strawberries. Pour the remaining batter on top and swirl again.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
