2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup strawberry jam
1/2 cup chocolate frosting
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture, and mix until combined.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients.
Spread half of the cookie dough into a greased baking pan.
Evenly spread the strawberry jam over the dough.
Drop spoonfuls of the remaining cookie dough on top of the jam.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
