  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove and chop.
  2. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
