  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the bucatini pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they begin to soften.
  4. Pour in white wine and let it simmer for a few minutes, until slightly reduced.
