A delicious and flavorful dish that combines tender steak with a spicy cream sauce served over rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef steak
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak with soy sauce, sesame oil, and Gochujang for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill or pan-sear the steak to desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes each side.
  3. Remove the steak and let it rest before slicing it thinly.
  4. In a pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add heavy cream and mix well.
  5. Serve the rice in bowls, top with steak slices, and drizzle the spicy cream sauce over the top.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

  • Adjust the level of spice by adding more or less Gochujang.
  • This dish pairs well with vegetables like steamed broccoli or pickled radishes.
