- 1 pound beef steak
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Marinate the steak with soy sauce, sesame oil, and Gochujang for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or pan-sear the steak to desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes each side.
- Remove the steak and let it rest before slicing it thinly.
- In a pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add heavy cream and mix well.
- Serve the rice in bowls, top with steak slices, and drizzle the spicy cream sauce over the top.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
