A delightful and simple recipe for Japanese Teriyaki Glazed Salmon that you can easily prepare at home.

  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Marinate the salmon fillets in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with marinade.
